I first picked up a camera thanks to my dad, who passed down his old Canon 80D so we could share a hobby together. What started as fun weekend photography trips turned into something much bigger once I combined that passion with my love of horses. When I aged out of my junior years and headed down to Wellington for a gap year, I brought my camera with me — and suddenly friends were asking for photos, then friends of friends, and before I knew it, I was covering the entire WEF circuit as a private client photographer.
I like to joke that diving straight into WEF probably wasn’t the most practical plan, but that leap of faith worked out better than I could have imagined. My business has grown almost entirely through word of mouth, because my clients aren’t just clients — they’re part of a close-knit community that cheers each other on and trusts me to deliver their memories quickly and personally.
When I’m behind the camera, I’m not just documenting your rides — I’m celebrating alongside you. Because at the end of the day, these aren’t just photos. They’re the memories that make this season of life unforgettable.
